Delivery Information

AIR802 LLC ships orders daily Monday through Friday. Orders received by 3:00pm central standard time are guaranteed to be shipped the same day. However, it is customary that any order received up to 5 or even 6pm central standard time will be shipped the same day. More urgent priority overnight, 2nd or 3rd day delivery orders can be shipped via FedEx up to 7pm. If your order is being placed late in the day and you need guaranteed shipment, we advise you to call our office. Orders received during the weekend are shipped on Monday. Some orders, particurarly urgent orders may be shipped on Saturday morning via FedEx. If an item is out of stock (it should be noted on the web site also), we will send you an email notification immediately.

AIR802 offers great flexibility to it's customers in shipping which is quite rare to find. The available options include: FedEx, UPS, DHL, and the United States Postal Service. Customers may also have shipping billed against their own carrier account number.

CANADA ORDERS - The lowest cost shipping option is the United States Postal Service Priority Mail service. We do not ship to Canada via FedEx ground unless you are using your own FedEx account number.

All orders placed online will be shipped through our Naperville, Illinois fulfillment center.

Freight Charges

Due to the size of certain products, the complexity of multinational shipping locations and variations in shipping costs, only shipping costs for customers in the United States will be computed online. Shipping costs for orders to all other countries will be quoted by an AIR802 LLC representative.
