Return Policy Timeframe Unless you have a separate agreement with AIR802 LLC, all hardware, antennas or accessories may be returned within twenty-one (21) days in the USA or Chile and thirty (30) days from all other countries from the date on the packing slip or invoice for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees. Certain items, such as cable assemblies are non-returnable under any condition. Restocking Fees Unless the product is defective or the return is a result of an AIR802 LLC error, a restocking fee of 15% shall be applied on hardware, antennas and accessories. We wish this was not necessary, but returns are very time consuming and costly to process for any company. How To Return To return products, you must contact AIR802 LLC and receive a RMA number within the return policy period applicable to your geographic location. No returns without a RMA number are permitted. You may submit a RMA form electronically at our web site to request a return materials authorization (RMA) form. You must obtain the RMA number in order to return the product. You must ship the products to AIR802 LLC within five (5) days of the date that AIR802 LLC issues the RMA number. You MUST: - Ship back all products you are seeking to return to AIR802 LLC. At AIR802's discretion, credit for partial returns may be less than invoice or individual component prices due to bundled or promotional pricing and any unadvertised discounts or concessions
- Return the products in their original packaging, along with any media, documentation, and all other items that were included in the original shipment. Items not meeting this requirement will not be credited.
- Ship the product(s) at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
- The RMA number must be written on the outside of the shipping carton prior to shipment.
- At the time of receiving the RMA number, you will be advised to ship the product back to the location of the original shipment, which will be either Naperville, IL or Santiago, Chile.
Upon receipt of the complete returned purchase, AIR802 LLC will issue a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees.
